No, it dates from the time of King Edward II (early 1300s AD). It did contain the Stone of Scone – AKA Stone of Destiny – on which all the English kings have been crowned, but this has now been returned to Scotland.
There are some rather dubious legends that the stone originally came from the Holy Land and may have been used to crown some of the Biblical kings, but the throne itself is certainly not from there.
