Is it legal to make rope swing on public property in MN?
Is it legal to hang a rope over a lake from under a bike trail bridge, then swing on it? Are there any laws against it? Thanks 
Yes, it is, as long as you take it with you when you leave. Just like you’re allowed to pick-nick in parks, but it’s littering if you leave the packaging and such thee.
