Stayed at Hawthorne Inn?
My hubby & I want to visit Salem Mass. We saw it on travel channel & thought it looked like a neat place. We want to see the reinactment of the witch trials & all the spookey stuff. Has anyone stayed here & what are some of the spooky stuff to do there? Theres a tour I want to take called spell bound tours. Was the Hawthorne hotel nice?
I haven’t stayed at the Hawthorne Inn myself, but I have heard good things about it. Have you checked out IgoUgo.com yet? They have a Salem page, with reviews of hotels (the Hawthorne included), restaurants, nightlife, and activities. A reviewer of the Hawthorne mentions that the rates do increase dramatically over Halloween, so you might want to bear that in mind (for this year or next.)
