Flag Exchange
Is my nose broken??????????
Hello,
Yesterday i had color guard practice and we were throwing flags exchanging them and my friend nailed my with hers and my glasses which are metal smashed into my face and there is a cut about a half an inch into my skin and my nose was bleeding but its fine now but i woke up today my nose is black and blue swollen and its hard to breathe out of my nose & my whole head is hurting.. do you think its broken and should i go to the doctor and get it checked out??? thanks!
It could be, you usually end up with a lot of bruising under your eyes and cheekbones. Unfortunately even if it is broke the Dr. cant do anything for it except prescribe pain killers and possibly “re-break” it to help it heal properly. I would wait a few days to see how it heals before I went to the hospital.
